Sandis Šrāders is a Latvian foreign policy and defense expert. He is the Director of Defense Innovation at Riga Technical University and a Senior Researcher at the Latvian Institute of International Affairs. He also served as the Secretary General of the Latvian Transatlantic Organization (LATO) from 2007 to 2014, and coordinated intellectual work for the Latvian Presidency of the EU Council in 2015. His focus areas include Russian and U.S. foreign policy.
