Julius von Freytag-Loringhoven is Head of the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom Baltic States, where he opened the Freedom Center in Vilnius in 2025. He previously headed the Foundation’s offices in Jerusalem and Moscow, the latter until he was personally blacklisted in Russia.
