Dr. Agnia Grigas is a Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council in Washington DC since 2015. Her award-winning books include “The New Geopolitics of Natural Gas” (Harvard University Press, 2017), “The Politics of Energy and Memory” (Routledge, 2013) and “Beyond Crimea: The New Russian Empire” (Yale University Press, 2016), which was selected as TIME magazine’s Top-10 book.
